The most prestigious competition in The Original Extreme Sport series returns to Germany. STIHL TIMBERSPORTS® will be celebrating a comeback and a real home game in 2023 by awarding the World Championship: the Porsche-Arena in Stuttgart, Germany, will be the venue for the 18th STIHL TIMBERSPORTS® World Championships on 3 and 4 November 2023. After 2013 and 2016, these are already the third international title bouts to be held Stuttgart. The STIHL TIMBERSPORTS^® World Championship will see the very best in elite logger sports, comprising 120 athletes from over 20 nations, compete across two days of adrenaline-fuelled competition.

TEAM COMPETITION – 3 November 2023
The 2023 Team World Championship will open the weekend of high octane TIMBERSPORTS^® action on Friday. The national teams will compete against each other in a knockout system, with four athletes from each nation completing the TIMBERSPORTS^® disciplines of Stock Saw, Underhand Chop, Single Buck and Standing Block Chop in a relay format.
